2 pound broccoli, cut into florets
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp grape seed oil
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/4 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/8 tsp chili powder
Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, toss broccoli with 2 tablespoons of oil, coriander, cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt, a half teaspoon of pepper, and chili powder.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix shrimp with the remaining oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Spread the broccoli over a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes.
